Musique du Bout du Monde welcomes its new General Manager, Novy Marin-Gagné.
Novy comes to the job with a rich professional background in communications, public relations, events and, of course, music.
Dedicated and visionary, he has been deploying his boundless energy and organizational skills in the service of other passionate human beings for many years.
He has worked as an artists' agent, as a political attaché at municipal and provincial levels, and as director of a university radio station.
Trained in music at college, he continued his studies at the Université du Québec à Montréal, where he trained in cultural mediation and is now pursuing research into emotional intelligence in organizational settings. Our new General Manager therefore has a broad understanding of the vital nature of a music festival such as ours, because beyond its cultural influence, he knows its value in terms of identity and sociology.
