Code of conduct

For the good holding of the Festival Musique du Bout du Monde, some rules are in force. These will allow everyone to live the event in respect, for a musical experience, but especially human and unforgettable.

Refund policy

No refunds except in case of cancellation by the festival.

Chairs and umbrellas

The site at the top of Mont Béchervaise will be equipped with benches that can accommodate some people. For the other sites, festival-goers who wish to bring their folding chairs may do so, but will be asked to sit in the back. We ask those with umbrellas to sit towards the back to avoid blocking the view of spectators .

Alcohol

Only alcoholic beverages purchased on the Festival grounds Musique du Bout du Monde are permitted. Violation of this rule may result in expulsion from the site. Bar staff are prohibited from serving alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 and to intoxicated persons.

Strollers

Space is limited, so strollers should be on the periphery or at the back of the performance areas.

bicycles

While we strongly encourage you to cycle to the show site entrances, we ask that you leave your bicycles at the site entrances. Bicycles are not permitted on show sites.

Dogs

Dogs are not allowed on the different paying sites of the festival. Only service dogs, duly identified as such, are permitted. On Rue de la Reine Street, dogs are tolerated on leash only. Owners are responsible for their dogs' behaviour in the presence of crowds and loud noises.

Cigarettes, cigars, vapors and marijuana

In accordance with provincial law, smoking is strictly prohibited on festival grounds, unless specific areas have been identified for this purpose.
