Call for entries: Food offer

The Musique du Bout du Monde Festival, which runs from August 8 to 11, is looking for culinary talent to enhance its food offering for festival-goers and volunteers.

If you would like to offer your services as a chef, foodtruck or any other proposal, please read the description of requirements carefully and then complete the form below.

Food for volunteers

The supplier must be able to provide boxed lunches.
Our requirements are for August 8, 9, 10 and 11, for quantities varying between 50 and 100 lunches per day, 15% of which will be vegetarian.
We don't need to fill all quantities or dates, we're open to working with several suppliers. We're looking for variety from one day to the next, for example, alternating sandwiches and salad meals.

 

Food for festival-goers
Although we give priority to suppliers who will be self-sufficient in terms of their needs (notably electrical), we are entirely open to all proposals. In particular, we could engage the services of a cook and assume responsibility for providing him/her with a kiosk and the necessary supplies.

We aim to host three different food suppliers to cover the following needs:

Rue de la Reine daytime: August 9, 10 and 11
Rue de la Reine evening/night: August 9, 10 & 11
Harbour tent site - operate the barbecue: August 8, 9 and 10

The financial aspect will be discussed depending on the proposal submitted.
